At an award ceremony held in Tokyo on August 25, 2025, EF Polymer’s Founder and CEO, Narayan Lal Gurjar, was selected for Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2025.

Narayan’s journey began with a strong desire to protect the hometown he loves. His work was highly recognized in the category of “Young Leaders Driving Impact Startups,” honoring entrepreneurs creating meaningful social and environmental change.

In an interview with Forbes JAPAN, Narayan shared his belief:
“The energy of the younger generation has the power to change the world. If we truly believe in that and take action ourselves, the next generation will follow. What matters most is taking the first step.”

Guided by his philosophy, “Mother Nature has a Solution to Every Problem,” the idea that nature itself holds the answers to the challenges we face has become a shared driving force across the entire EF Polymer team.
