At an award ceremony held in Tokyo on August 25, 2025, EF Polymer’s Founder and CEO, Narayan Lal Gurjar, was selected for Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2025.

Narayan’s journey began with a deep desire to protect the hometown he loves—an aspiration that has since grown into a mission to address global environmental challenges. His work was recognized in the category of “Young Leaders Driving Impact Startups,” which honors entrepreneurs creating meaningful social and environmental change through innovation and action.

In an interview with Forbes JAPAN, Narayan shared his belief:
