At an award ceremony held in Tokyo on August 25, 2025, EF Polymer’s Founder and CEO, Narayan Lal Gurjar, was selected for Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2025.
Narayan began his journey with a strong desire to protect the hometown he loves. His work was highly recognized in the category of “Young Leaders Driving Impact Startups.”
In an interview with Forbes JAPAN, Narayan shared his belief:
“The energy of the younger generation has the power to change the world. If we truly believe in that and take action ourselves, the next generation will follow. What matters most is taking the first step.”
Since his suggestions, he has advocated “Mother Nature has a Solution to Every Problem.” The philosophy “(in nature, there are answers to all problems)” is the driving force behind each and every employee.
ThisGuided by his philosophy, “Mother Nature has a Solution to Every Problem,” the idea that nature holds the answers to the challenges we face, this belief has become a driving force shared by every member of the EF Polymer team.

Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 honors outstanding individuals under the age of 30 who are expected to lead the next generation.
Since its launch in 2018, a total of 300 leaders from diverse fields have been selected. In 2025, 30 new changemakers were recognized across four categories.
