What is the G20 Digital Innovation Alliance Summit
The “G20 Digital Innovation Alliance Summit (G20 Digital Innovation Alliance Summit)” hosted by India's Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeITy) is a conference where about 150 startups from 29 countries, mainly G20 member countries, gather and interact with companies, government officials, and investors from around the world. Participating startups will participate on behalf of each country in the six fields of “agriculture,” “education,” “finance,” “health,” “digital infrastructure,” and “circular economy,” and will be offered opportunities for pitch events. Two COOs from Japan and India pitched for EF Polymer this time, and won 2nd place in the agriculture category.
Poulan Rajput, Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of EF PolymerIt is stated as follows. “The organic polymer concept, which is the core of our business, was born in a small village with a population of about 300 people, where the founder and I are from. I am delighted that the results of borrowing the power of nature and thinking through more sustainable solutions to global challenges have been evaluated in this way. We will proceed with preparations to expand our production system in India so that we can deliver products to more farmers in the future.”
EF Polymer's Chief Operations Officer (COO) Shimoji KunitakuIt is stated as follows. “In agriculture, as serious water shortages due to droughts are spreading around the world, I feel the magnitude of expectations for our business, and I also feel a sense of mission to spread the word on a global scale. Going forward, our Japanese and Indian teams will continue to work together to realize sustainable agriculture.”
