EF Polymer has been selected for a forestry sector demonstration project aimed at stabilizing seedling production. In collaboration with Biomass Power Technologies Inc., the project will test the application of EF Polymer during seedling production to improve seedling quality and ensure stable supply.
This initiative is part of the “NEDO Energy Forest Demonstration Project” led by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). The project, titled “Seedling Production, Planting, and Harvesting Demonstration of Tree Species Including Sendan, Willow, Oak, and Evergreen Oak Across the Kii Peninsula Region,” is being implemented by Biomass Power Technologies Inc.
Through this collaboration, EF Polymer has begun a demonstration program applying its technology in the seedling production stage, aiming to stabilize seedling quality and support a consistent supply of forestry seedlings.
This marks the first time EF Polymer has been used in the forestry sector.
